Talent acquisition and development 1. Make ensure that the right candidates are recruited within the lead time 2. Pre employment arrangements, Offer, announcement, IT equipment, physical examination, etc 3. Induction reception: HR policy training, factory introduction and tour 4. Employee file establishment, labor contract signing/JP, employee roster and organization chart updating 5. Probation period management and labor contract renewal 6. Implement the annual training plan and evaluate the training effect ; participate in and conduct talent training related programs
C&B and performance management. 1. Attendance management, salary calculation and pay-slip release 2. Social insurance & housing fund and individual tax management 3. Leave management (sick leave, personal leave, annual leave, etc.) 4. Blue collar monthly bonus and allowance check and records, participate in implementing the yearly regional performance review program 5. Participate and conduct C&B related activities : yearly salary review, salary survey, etc.
Employee relationship 1. Improve employee communication mechanism and assist in handling employee complaints and promotion of corporate culture 2. Employee team building (annual dinner\company trip\physical examination, etc.) 3. Exit interview and process with leaver, employee satisfaction survey
Others 1. Assistance of the audit, government reports, budget, labor disputes, HR related reports. etc 2. Other temporary work assigned by superiors
Requirements & Skills 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource or business administration related is preferred; Good English at reading & writing & speaking; 2. More than 5 years HR & Admin working experience in a factory with more than 100 workers, familiar with human resources five modules; 3. Outgoing, optimistic, good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, good communication, team spirit; 4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook) required.
