Key Responsibilities
1. Overall assess product schematic, layout and FW to reduce uncertainty point of the design.
2. Expertise in certain technical area.
3. Manage & lead team member to ensure their projects/tasks on track.
4. Provide necessary guidance to resolve complex issue and escalate risks if needed.
5. Cross functional team /supplier communication, able to address conflicts or de-escalate situation if it happened.
6. Promote teamwork culture within the group.
7. Provide process or platform improvement suggestions to the organization.

Person Specifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronical or related.
2. At least 5 years new product development experience in one field of power tool, lighting, vacuum cleaner, or household appliances.
3. Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Altium Designer, Power logic\PCB, Protel, etc.
4. Ability to effectively work independently.
5. Great team spirit, strong personal responsibility and learning ability.
6. Good at reading and writing in English, communication by oral in English is preferred.
7. Outstanding communication and coordination ability.
8. Good leadership, organizational and management skills.
9. Experience in Inverter circuit design or Radio circuit design is preferred.
