JOB DESCRIPTION
General Responsibilities:
-Follow up with prototyping and work closely with the vendors to oversee the execution of the samples (screen printing, painting, digital printing, powder coating coating, water decals, hydro-films and/or other treatment required).
-Build, maintain and share library of materials, color, textures and ensure a color palette consistency in between our vendors.
-Ensure designers provide detailed technical packages to the vendor development team, a critical step to the first sample being correct.
-Oversee the development of the samples (T1) with the Vendors of each individual graphic item and new colors.
-Maintain a library of samples (T1) of individual items and regular updates based on designers’ comments.
-Comment and share information and pictures with designers on the product items and categories.
-Update technical packages for individual category (or categories)
-Keep all templates consistently up-to-date as changes occur
-Required travel to factories, to oversee design development for one or more categories.
-Schedule regular meeting with vendor's PM for the follow up of the activities and daily follow up with vendor's graphic developer.
-Schedule regular meeting with US design team and graphic development team to follow up with graphic samples comments/Schedule/issues
-Manage season graphic samples Buy ready on time including PLM BR check off based on the calendar

-Understand design quality and project efficiency.
-Self-motivated, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.
-Computer technique: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
-2+ years of experience in graphic/packaging/garment design.
-4+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
-A strong eye for detail, colors and refinement.
-Basic English speaking and written required.
