Key Job Responsibilities
Project Management:
80Lead and manage factory operations projects, including production line upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and new product introductions.
80Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
80Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
80Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
80Work closely with production, engineering, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
80Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for procurement of equipment, raw materials, and other project-related resources.
80Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Process Optimization:
80Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements within the factory, including equipment utilization, workflow optimization, and waste reduction.
80Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
80Implement best practices for factory management, ensuring a balance between high-quality output and efficient use of resources.
Risk Management:
80Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plans.
80Ensure compliance with Vietnamese safety and environmental regulations, as well as international standards (e.g., ISO).
80Monitor and evaluate the impact of external factors (e.g., supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes) on project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
80Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
80Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines.
80Conduct performance reviews and provide training to team members to enhance their skills and project management knowledge.
Reporting & Documentation:
80Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and performance metrics, for senior management.
80Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and post-project evaluations.
80Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications：
Education:
80Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
80Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Experience:
80Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or industrial project management.
80Proven experience managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
80Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and Lean manufacturing principles.
Skills:
80Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
80Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
80Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, ERP systems).
80Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
80Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken. Vietnamese is better.
