Key Role Deliverables:
-Sourcing Supervisor supports the Sourcing Manager in running a team of sourcing specialists, product development, order follow-up and quality control on paper and fabric packaging, according with the company and the Sourcing Manager’s guidelines.
-Competitiveness: receiving requests from Overseas sister companies, in turn received from customers, SS ensures that the team can prepare the best offers in terms of quality, lead time and price to satisfy customers’ needs.
-Order follow-up: receiving and processing orders in a timely manner. Monitoring all open orders and especially assuring proper checks are performed at key production steps on key orders
-Quality Control: constant communication with QC team both in terms of managing quality issues and preventing them to happen during quotation and order follow-up
-Cost control: ensuring the correct purchasing prices and managing the team’s costs (travels, training, resources) is essential for this role.

Required Skills :
-Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
-At least five years of related experience required.
-Paper and fabric packaging processes, and material knowledge is essential
-Supplier market and trading companies’ logics is requested
-Ability to travel mainly in China and occasionally in Asia
-Working to deadlines and under pressure.
