Job Description: Category strategy ● Conduct market analysis ● Support the strategy definition with cross functional partners ● Support the documentation and implementation of the supplier strategy ● As owner to spearhead the selection of a long-Term supplier base. Stakeholder Management ● To support the management of internal stakeholders’ relationships securing best practices roll out. Supplier Management ● Perform annual suppliers review and negotiation to constantly enhance supplier performance and cost efficiency ● Manage and develop the number of favourable Price and Framework Agreements in legal, logistics, commercial and technical terms (Requirement Books, Specifications, Standards) in close alignment with stakeholders, and steer the implementation ● Conduct Strategic Supplier Meetings to realise further benefits toward service level and customer expectations.
Requirements: ● Min. 8 years procurement experience with at least 3 years in supplier management role ● Excellent Project Management skills ● Experience in CAPEX, Facility, Professional service is required ● Other indirect materials knowledge and experience would be a plus ● Strategic and analytical thinking, able to solve problems in complex environment and manage conflicts constructively. ● Can do attitude with strong ownership ● Team players with excellent communication skills ● Bachelor’s degree or above
