In this position, you will collaborate with other cross functional team of NPI/NPD/ME/Testing to drive the quality improvement activities through the entire product life cycle( starting from product prototype to product end of life) and you will also leverage your experience and learning to positively impact the organization and meet our goals to deliver the 5stars product to the consumers around the world. LOCATION: Shenzhen/Foshan Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: ? Monitor Supplier Ongoing Product Quality performance and initiate Continuous Improvement activities in order to achieve/ exceed the defined Supplier Quality Metrics. ? Build relationship with the vendors to gain their support to implement the QA system in the factories. ? Ensure compliance to regulations and corporate policies and procedures. ? Solve quality issues on-site in factories and lead PSI activities in order to support on time shipment. Review and analysis defect sample and take correction action. ? Drive the process/manufacturing quality continuously improved by collaborating with ME to standardize the key processes including crimping/ESD/missing&mixing part control/wire welding/TCO mounting/paint process,etc. ? Participate in safe launch process and ensure the all relevant key control items including quality gates(IQC/IPQC/EOL/FQA/PSI) meet the expectation. ? Responsible for the ECN process and ensure the process is value added and align with business requirement, ensuring the timely closure of ECNs. ? Raise the DR necessarily and send it to the leadership team for approval, ensuring the timely closure of DRs. ? Issue a CAR in sharepoint for problem-solving to drive the OEM to do root cause analysis and take the corrective/preventivie actions accordingly. Ensure that the CAR process is updated including Root Cause Analysis and monitor the performance against the set metrics for CARs. Approve closure of CARs. ? Monitor the product’s performance in market by reviewing the web&star review/ in claribridge,call center’s data and the retailer rate rate and take the rapid response/measurement accordingly. Implement improvement activity resulting from the review of Customer return data ensuring appropriate analysis and correlation with process performance lead to sustained improvement activities at the supplier. ? Support daily/weekly Quality Reporting on Supplier Quality, like EOL findings, weekly dashboards, weekly OEM scorecards, etc. ? Support the Product Readiness activities for New products at Supplier. ? To work with engineering and quality teams to ensure quality requirements, testing protocols, sampling needs, and product/ process controls are fully understood and met. ? Support activities in cases where Supplier Quality problem may lead to extensive customer actions or product recall. ? Ensure that the QA Manager and appropriate senior management are immediately informed of serious quality problems. ? Involved in new products development with NPD/NPI/ME/Testing to identify design risk and push optimizations moving forward. ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: ? Bachelor’s Degree in electronic/mechanic/other engineering background ? At least 3years relevant working experience in small home appliance industry or equivalent experience. ? Good communication skill/ team work spirit and build the good interpersonal relationship with other department. ? Can work independently under pressure and accept the frequent business trip per required. ? Can use the English(good oral/listening skill) to communicate with US/UK colleague ? Proficient at the Microsoft office software—Excel/PPT/Word/Teams ? Equipped with the knowledge of understanding the material processes including the molding injection, stamping, die-casting. ? Grasp the basic stastical/Minitab knowledge. ? Equipped with the knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
