Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标 1. 独立完成过滤器/ MCC解决方案应用于燃机市场的年度个人销售目标/预算; Independently achieve the sales target/budget of GT after market with filters / MCC solutions; 2. 快速拓展业务,协助整个 GTAM销售团队完成年度团队销售目标; Rapidly expand business and assist the whole GT after market sales team to achieve the annual sales target; 3. 确保客户准时付款; Ensure timely payment from customers; 4. 确保销售预测的准确性,原材料和成品库存控制在合理范畴; Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and control the inventory of raw materials and finished products within a reasonable range; 5. 除了独立完成分配的任务外,此岗位任职人员应该能够有能力实现短期和一些长期的业务目标,包括但不限于:快速、积极地开发、建立、管理和运行燃机业务的销售网络; In addition to independently completing assigned tasks, the personnel in this position should be able to achieve short-term and some long-term business goals, including but not limited to: quickly and actively developing, establishing, managing, and operating a sales network for GT after market business; 6. 为客户提供售前售后的现场指导和服务,推广最新ISO燃机进气过滤标准和Camfil优化解决方案
Key Responsibilities 主要职责 - 快速、主动地开发、设置、管理和运行燃机业务的销售网络; Develop, set up, manage and run sales net for GT after market business quickly and proactively. - 建立和实施中国南部市场燃机业务数据库; Create & implement database of GT after market Business in South China. - 数据分析,制定行动计划,以提升康斐尔在燃机市场的业务份额; Data analysis to define action plan for increasing of GT after market Business. - 开发销售渠道,包括但不限于建立主要合作伙伴/经销商网络,准备和推广销售工具; Develop sales channels , incl. but not limited to creation of key partner / reseller network, preparation & promotion of sales tools. - 按照销售合同的约定跟踪客户付款并对结果负责; Track customer payments as agreed in the sales contracts and be responsible for the results. - 合理控制库存量,达到公司库存周转目标。 Reasonably control the inventory to achieve the company's inventory turnover target. - 团队目标和 KPI 由主管制定,并与奖金挂钩。 The team's goals and KPI are set by supervisor and linked to bonus. - 其他上级安排的项目/任务。 Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor.
Know-How 知识 - 认证大学或学院的学士学位(或被认可的其它学历)。机电/暖通/环境 /化工等相关专业均可。如有相关行业工作经验,则专业上可以放宽 Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school). Major in HVAC/Building/Environment/Mechanical and Electrical are best. - 了解空气洁净工艺,熟悉工业产品销售工作流程。具有工业产品销售经验,燃机电厂销售经验。有过滤产品销售经验优先考虑。 Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to industrial products such as GT after market, Precision machinery, HVAC will be a plus. - 至少 5年以上销售、市场或业务开发经验。 At least 5 additional years of experience in sales, marketing or business development. - 拥有自己的销售渠道和成熟的客户群体。 Have own sales channels and mature customer groups. 61 在中国华南地区能源电力或化工等领域有一定客户关系优先。
Skills技能 - 有现场技术服务和支持背景优先。 Background in on-site technical service and support is preferred. - 需具备与内、外部合作伙伴,客户和供应商良好的沟通能力。 Good communication skill with internal or external partners, customers and vendors is required. - 必须清楚地了解和沟通解决客户所遇到的问题。 Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer is MUST. - 良好的团队合作意识,客户导向,注重质量和纪律。 Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred. - 较强的组织能力和领导能力。 Organizational skills and leadership on a large scale. - 结果和目标导向。 Result & target driven. - 流利的语言和书面表达能力,英语能力优秀者优先。 Fluent spoken and written in Chinese is must and in English is preferred.
