职责描述：
1.Lead the improvement process of nonconformance found in production process for root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action development.
主导生产过程中发现不良现象的原因分析，纠正与预防措施的提出
2.Lead or assist the root cause analysis and improvement for customer complaints and the report making(like 8D)
主导或协助客户投诉的分析与改善，提交相关的改善报告（如8D）
3.Lead or assist to develop the quality control plan and PPAP package preparation.
主导或者协助生产过程中质量管理方法的确定，PPAP相关文件的准备
4.Report the quality status and progress to the management
向管理层反馈质量状态和进展

岗位要求：
◆College degree or above大专或以上学历。
◆3 years above of quality management experiences with ISO13485/IATF16949/ISO1400 management . 3年以上的质量管理工作经验，具有ISO13485/IATF16949/ISO14001相关管理经验。
◆Master the APQP tools with statistical analysis ability 有统计分析能力，精通5大工具；
◆Be familiar with the special customer requirements and regulation in automotive/medical field. 熟悉汽车行业，医疗行业的法律法规，客户特殊要求；
◆Be a good problem solver in order to solve process and product problems. 具有迅速排解生产工艺问题的能力；
◆Good at English reading and understanding. 良好的英文阅读与理解能力。
