Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1) Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to Engineering team and resolve issues surrounding specifications.
审查要求，规格和技术设计文档，为工程团队提供及时和有意义的反馈，并解决有关规格的问题。
2) Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
评估，优先处理，计划和协调测试工作的实施。
3) Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans to ensure processes and production controls are appropriate and accurately measured by identifying sample size and acceptable defect.
创建详细，全面的产品测试方案，建立样品抽样方案和可接受的不良数，确保流程和生产控制适当且准确地进行测量。
4) Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs (Drop test/Environmental testing/Vibration, Glue/Adhesive/Tray/materials strengths/etc..).
开发新产品和现有产品的测试流程以满足客户需求（跌落测试/环境测试/振动，胶水/粘合剂/托盘/材料强度等）。
5) Record, organize documents thoroughly and track quality assurance metrics. Prepare and analyse weekly quality reports for management.
记录，彻底整理文件并跟踪质量保证指标。 准备和分析每周质量报告以供管理审阅。
6) Performing failure analysis and manage corrective actions and process improvements with the team.
进行坏品分析，并与团队一起处理纠正措施和流程改进。
7) Lead Supplier quality system assessment & audit in order to assure consistent quality of products.
领导供应商质量体系评估和审核，以确保产品的一致质量。
8) Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Defines, trains, and drives team to ensure high quality standards and maintain a culture of continual/continuous improvement.
及时了解市场上新的测试工具和测试策略。 定义，培训和推动团队，以确保高质量标准，并保持持续/持续改进的文化。

Requirements:
1) University graduate, prefer study in Quality, Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
本科毕业，有质量、工程或同等经验等方面的学习尤佳。
2) 5+ years of working experience in Product Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Audit experience.
5年以上的产品质量工程，质量控制和质量审核经验。
3) Working experience in international manufacturing company is preferred, in packaging or printing industry.
包装或印刷行业经验，国际制造业公司的工作经验优先。
4) Ability to communicate in English (written).
读写英语能力。
5) Personality Traits: Well organized, Problem-solver, Energetic, Self-motivated, Positive attitude.

6) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and CQE (preferred)
有六西格玛黑带和注册质量工程师认证优先。
