We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technical Risk Assessment Coordinator to join our team under the Sample Room Quality Risk Assessment Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and coordination with our overseas factories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Communication: 61 English Interpretation: verbally communicate with overseas factories to address and resolve technical issues promptly. 61 Translate Technical documentation between Chinese and English. 61 Maintain accurate records of communications and technical issues for future reference and analysis. 2. Support the Quality Technical Risk Assessment Manager: 61 Assist the Technical Manager in drafting reports, presentations, and documentation in English. 61 Prepare technical specifications and guidelines to ensure clarity in communication with overseas partners. 61 Act as a liaison to facilitate discussions between the technical team and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project objectives. 3. Interdepartmental Coordination: 61 Follow up with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure that technical specifications are being met throughout the manufacturing process. 61 Participate in regular meetings with different departments to discuss project progress and address any interdepartmental challenges. 4. Continuous Improvement: 61 Monitor ongoing projects and suggest improvements to processes based on feedback and observations. 61 Assist in training and onboarding new team members on technical procedures and communication protocols. 61 Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains competitive. Qualifications: 61 Strong English communication skills (Reading, writing, and speaking of CET 4/6) 61 Min 2 years of experience in garment technical coordination, merchandising or other related fields 61 Ability to work collaboratively across departments 61 Able to travel overseas frequently.
