Responsibilities: 1.Ensure quality control, product quality and process control, internal audit and training etc. meet company and customers’ requirement.
2.Manage Quality Assurance Department to perform the daily inspection job;
3.Product and process control: SPC control, reshipment sample audit and manufacturing process audit.
5.ISO Quality Management System Training (ISO 9001) and document control and support Internal quality system audit
6.Participate in Quality System planning, development, maintaining and improvement.
7.Using the established quality metrics, the QA Manager would lead regular quality review meetings to analyze performance data, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaboratively develop action plans for improvement with customer. 8.Work closely with PM team to complete the daily internal and external inspection task and give prompt daily feedback for quality cotrol result
Qualifications:
1.8+ years quality working experience in furniture or luxury goods industry
2. Manufacturing factory experience is required
3.Have people management experience been in similar position
4.Good English and proactive communication skills 5: ISO9001 external certificate will be a plus
