How will you make a difference?
* Coordinate with finance department to ensure proper budget allocation and payment processing for IT purchases on timely manner.
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper payment arrangement.
* Coordinate the procurement process from start to finish, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
* Research and evaluate different products, services, and vendors to determine the best fit for the organization's needs.
* Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders with selected vendors.
* Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including vendor contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor inventory levels of IT hardware, software, and other equipment to ensure timely reordering or replacement with local IT Support.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT procurement, such as cost savings achieved or vendor performance.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IT procurement practices to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings.

Who are we looking for?
61Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
61Proven experience working in IT procurement or a similar role.
61Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices in the IT industry.
61Familiarity with different types of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, etc.
61Good communication skills and negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and secure favorable terms
61Attention to detail to accurately analyze quotes, contracts, and invoices.
61Strong organizational skills to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
61Proficient in using MS Excel or other tools (e.g. Jira Asset) for managing purchase orders and tracking inventory levels.
