This role primarily involves establish and maintain EHS system operation, ensure the company comply with relevant state and local laws and regulations and relevant requirements, continuously improve EHS performance. To create an excellent safety and environmental culture, meanwhile, to create a safe and environmental workplace for the company and employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Be responsible for managing the company’s safety, health and environment.
2.Make the target and action plan for EHS team, monitor the status of implementation.
3.Establish and maintain EHS system operation (ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO5001/C-TPAT), make the regulation of EHS, ensure all EHS policies and procedures are implemented.
4.Be responsible for managing the company's process must comply with state and local EHS laws and regulations and give support to relevant team who needs EHS laws and regulations support.
5.Lead relevant EHS system audit (ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001/C-TPAT/FM Global) and the customer EHS audit.
6.Be responsible for Safety Gemba, hazards identification and assessment, correct irregularities, track all findings rectification.
7.Be responsible for making EHS relevant emergency response plan and organize the implementation of drills.
8.Be responsible for planning and tracking the implementation of EHS training and activities.
9.Deal affairs with local authorities.
10.Submit EHS related report to corporate as requested.
11.Look for process improvement opportunities within your function by reviewing information flow paths, process lead-times, 5S, Visual Management and Safety.
14.Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere. Take ownership of team cohesion.
15.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance. Managing conflict and changes.


QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in safety engineering or mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in EHS.
3. Minimum 2 years of management experience.
4.Fluent in English writing and speaking is a must.
5.Knowledge and skills about ISO45001, ISO 14001, ISO50001 and C-TPAT.
6.National certified Safety Engineer certificate is preferred.
