1.Responsibly plan and teach STEM lessons and support students as a homeroom teacher 2.Contribute to the development of a comprehensive STEM curriculum for Tsinglan School. 3.Help design and carry out the annual science fair and science themed days and activities for students of differentages. 4.Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment in both classrooms and labs. 5.Support student learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, including supportingtheir needs as English language learners. 6.Enhance the STElM skills for students; help students with special talents move far in this area by recommendingopportunities to them and possibly offering extra tutorials as an elective. 7.Participate actively in curricular work, curicular writing, and professional development within the curiculum group and the faculty at large. 8.Maintain positive relationships with parents and participate in parent-teacher conferences. 9.Assess regularly and thoughtfully, both formatively and summatively, including midterms and final exams. 10.Potentially act as a curriculum leader for a grade level. 11.Care for all students in class and actively report concerns and accolades regarding students' progress in class 12.Support and work with the support staff where appropriate, including the admissions officers by writing andgrading admissions tests. 13.Be flexible, and assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs as may be reasonably requested by the management.
