Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
主要工作职责：
1, Responsible for developing quotations for molds and injection part, as well as making DFM reports.
负责模具和注塑产品的报价、DFM报告的制作。
2. Responsible for reviewing the qualifications, quotations, DFM reports, design drawings, Tooling schedules of mold suppliers, and tracking the progress of mold processing.
负责审核模具供应商资格、报价和DFM报告、设计图纸、Tooling schedule，并追踪模具加工进度。
3. Responsible for arranging trial mold work, reviewing and improving trial samples, and continuously improving trial production and production mold issues.
负责模具的试模工作安排及试模样品的检讨改善、试产和生产模具问题的持续改进。
Qualifications:
岗位要求
1. College or above education, with good communication and written expression skills. 大专或以上学历, 具备良好的沟通和书面表达技巧。
2. More than 8 years of experience in injection mold engineering and design. Can analyze and solve mold abnormalities and problems with trial samples. Familiar with the structure and requirements of plastic products. Proficient in various types of plastic mold structures and familiar with LSR silicone molds. Familiar with injection resin materials.
8年以上的注塑模具项目工程和设计经验。能分析解决模具的异常和试模样品的问题。熟悉塑胶产品的结构和要求。精通各类型的塑胶模具结构，熟悉LSR硅胶模具。熟悉注塑材料。
3. Proficient in operating 2D/3D software such as Autocad/UG or ProE, and proficient in using computer office software.
能熟练操作Autocad/UG 或ProE等2D/3D软件的操作，熟练使用电脑办公软件。
4. Proficient in English and able to communicate and interact with foreign clients.
英文熟练，能与国外客人沟通交流。
