RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Support Leather Team daily administration, including parcel arrangement, filling, and data entry 61 Maintain Leather Team “Material Standard Library” 61 Maintain SMS & bulk swatches library 61 Assist the Materials Sourcing Manager to handle leather standards and prepare leather cuttings 61 Provide other clerical support to the team 61 Ad-hoc duties as assigned
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE 61 At least 2 years of working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying office or fashion industry 61 Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships 61 Detail-orientated, well-organized, self-motivated, proactive willing to learn and develop 61 Good command of English and Mandarin 61 Good skills in MS Excel and MS Word 61 Flexible and willing to take challenges
