Job Description: 1.Define and implement a robust QA strategy for industrial IoT hardware 2.Monitor, and enhance quality control processes, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards throughout production. 3.Establish and enforce quality standards specific to industrial sensor functionality and accuracy. Conduct QA assessments to verify sensor performance and reliability. 4.Ensure products adhere to ISO standards. Lead audits and assessments to maintain certification and compliance. 5.Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and perform root cause analysis. Present regular quality reports and improvement plans to leadership. 6.Establish and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, SOPs, and quality manuals. Provide clear guidance to teams on QA processes and standards. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus. 2.8+ years in Quality Assurance with a focus on hardware, and at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3.Hands-on experience working with EMS manufacturers and a strong understanding of quality control in large-scale production environments. 4.Familiarity with industrial sensors, hardware testing equipment, and quality management tools. Knowledge of ISO standards and QMS (Quality Management Systems) is essential. Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong communication skills for collaborating with global teams and partners.
