岗位职责：
1. Lead and manage projects from Kick off to Mass Production/Ramp down. 主导和管理项目从立项到量产。
2. Define Project Scope and Project Plan / Milestone / Schedule. Develop full scale project plans and associated Project and communication documents, using appropriate tools. 制定项目范围和项目计划/里程碑/时间表。使用适当的工具，制定全面的项目计划以及相关的项目和沟通文件。
3. Full ownership of all aspects of the project related issues, esp on Cost, Qualified Product and Lead-time. 全面负责管理项目所有相关问题，特别是交期、成本、质量方面。
4. Track project milestones and deliverables. 跟踪项目里程碑和可交付成果。
5. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. 开发和交付进度报告、建议、需求文档和演示文稿。
6. Manage good business relationship with customers and/or suppliers when necessary. 必要时管理与客户和/或供应商的良好业务关系。
7. Support Customers Audit / Visit支持客户审核/访问。

任职条件：
1. Good communicated skills, in English and Chinese / Mandarin (written and spoken). 沟通表达能力好，英语听说读写流利。
2.Related experiences from project management or account management (min 6 years). 相关项目管理经验6年以上。
3. preferably from the consumer electronics industry. preferred International experience from working with customers located in US, Europe and Asia. 消费类电子行业优先，有与欧美及亚洲客户工作经验优先。
4.Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. 能够独立工作带领团队，协调内外干系人推动项目。
5.Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. 必须具备学习新技能新知识的能力。
6.Customer service skills and asset. 具备客户服务技巧。
7.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. 具备在较强的压力下保持高效的工作能力。
8. Travel acceptable. 能接受出差安排。
