Key Responsibilities：
1.Review customer-designed packaging solutions for a variety of products to make sure they meet the requirements

2.Conduct research and analyze materials to determine the best packaging options

3.Create and test prototypes to ensure packaging meets performance standards

5.Ensure packaging materials are environmentally sustainable and comply with regulations

6.Perform packaging performance tests to ensure durability during transportation and storage

7.Identify areas for improvement in existing packaging solutions and implement changes

8.Manage packaging projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

9.Packaging supplier & packaging material sourcing

Qualifications：
1.College graduate major in Package Engineering or similar
2.CET4 / able to communicate in English & Chinese
3.Over 1 years experience in packaging design and development
4.Knowledge of different package materials such as paper, wood, color box, blister, polybag, foams...
5.Familiar with international package standards
6.Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
7.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
9.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
10.Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
