-working with our software filemaker system for shipment planning, todo07s and input of shipping planning.

-searching for shipping schedules / space from the suppliers and our nominated forwarders to confirm it

-searching for train and or airfreight schedules if necessary

-checking the shipment release with team and qc and follow up if missing with the qc, merchandisers or key account manager

-release the shipments to the supplier and nominated forwarder

-input of the shipping details into the filemaker and arrange the shipment booking in filemaker

-check the incoming ocean freight invoices and release it in our software Bitfarm system for payment to the finance dept.

-fluent English in spoken and written
