30 Day Targets:
1. Learn systems & product offerings to be effective in the position
2. Understand the requirement from your manager and start communicating with factories
3. Update on daily basis the work load with manager and on weekly basis with general manager .
4. Create your process to organize the reporting of your communication
60 Day Targets:
1. Start communicating with customers
2. Start Sourcing of new customer requests.

90 Day Targets:
1. Work with QC/QA team to follow up production.
2. Finalize your process of reporting to Leader team.


KPI’s:
1. Acceptance rate of finished good
2. On-Time delivery rate
3. Acceptance rate of meeting customer compliance
4. No of Suppliers added to vendor base.
5. Vendor/Factory Performance

The Pay
61 Base: Full-time salary (Negotiation)+ meeting all local regulations for housing, medical and social insurances and bonus and increments on performance.
