Position Summary The purpose of this role is to work with your manager and understand customers requirements of quality and do quality checks. NOTE: This position is full-time and is based in Changping, Dongguan and requires travelling to factories. What you’ll be doing… You will understand the different requirements of customers quality and check different products to make sure product and shipments meets the requirements. Understand the requirement of quality from your manager and start doing documentation. 3. Update on daily basis the work load with manager and on weekly basis with general manager . 4. Create your process to organize the reporting of your communication 60 Day Targets: 1. Start communicating with other team members like sourcing and merchandising 2. Start reviewing products for different quality standards.
90 Day Targets: 1. Work with your manager to understand all standards of the products categories 2. Finalize your process of reporting to Leader team.
KPI’s: 1. Complaints from customer 2. Increased productivity 3. Reduced costs 4. The Pay 61 Base: Full-time salary (Negotiation)+ meeting all local regulations for housing, medical and social insurances and bonus and increments on performance.
