ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels, as well as with vendors, agents, and other third-party representatives. 2.Manage the payroll function. Analyze wage and salary report data to determine competitive compensation plans. 3.Estimate and monitor annual budget plan (AOP) of HR functions to control cost effectively. 4.Evaluate, Develop, Implement & Manage HRIS projects/systems to ensure compliance and meet the current & expected future requirements. 5.In charge for Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Office Administration Management (Canteen, Dormitory, Vehicle, Office Supply etc.). 6. Annually review the Employee Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws. 7.Lead employee relations programs and annual HR& Admin activities. 8.Handle employee relations issues and work with senior management to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair. 9.Lead team and provide training and coaching to team members. 10.Support the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes safety, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. QUALIFICATIONS 1.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field or combination equivalent work experience. 2.At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role with MNC manufacturing background. Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including employee relations, benefits, payroll, performance management, leadership development. 3.Proficiency with HR system and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). 4.Strong knowledge and application of PRC Labor law. 5.Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions. 6.Strong team player and ability to function in a matrixed co-leadership environment. 7.Strong communication skills as well as proficient in both English written and spoken.
