Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree or above and major in engineering/business administration; 2.At least 5 year sales or business development in auto manufacturing experience; 3.Workable oral English is must; 4.Necessary engineering/ manufacturing/finance/project management is required; 5.Having rich auto industry customer (seat frame/safety component/door lock and so on )resource in previous experience, strong business development is required; 6.Extroverted personality and good communication sill, good team player is required; 7.With the ability to work under the pressure, adapt to changing environment and find good solution for the problem; 8.High frequecy business trip is required. Responsibilities: 1.Identify business opportunity by information & data collection, and business development for target customer to achieve sales/profits target from company; 2.Involving monthly, quarterly or annually business forecast and planning to support company business success; 3.Work with customer for new business/project development and negotiation, establish strategy for annual negotiation and implement it during negotiation wtih key customer/project; 4.To establish and maintenance reliable relationship with customer; 5.Advanced business data collection & analysis to support the quotation, and responsible for the internal business/technical review and other relative task; 6.Work with relative dept. to review and sign process for the business contract, make sure the receivables are following the plan; 7.Other task that assigned by Supervisor or management team.
