HSEQ Engineer, Dongguan
您将如何贡献和成长？

* Support to prepare and get approval on HSEQ & IMS annual plan by facility
at beginning of each year, regularly monitor and review with related FMs on
progress of such annual plan, provide recommendation and expertise to support
continuous improvement;
* Manage HSEQ training and qualification to both AL and Contractor employees,
HSEQ inspection and audit to responsible facilities, HSEQ promotion program,
HSEQ supporting activities, operational permit and license renewal, regular
HSEQ & IMS review meeting, participation in qualification of new contractors
and annual audit to existing contractors, etc..
* Responsible for the management of various systems and timely HSEQ events
reporting in the region, and analysis of causes are in compliance with AL and
local regulation requirement; Responsible for handling and tracking major
customer complaints in the region ;
* Being risk management Coordinator and Security Coordinator, coordinate with
facilities in the Region to implement effectively IRM plan and Security plan
led by ALC Security Manager.
* Build and maintain effective communication with local HSEQ authorities,
monitor and ensure effectiveness of operational permits and license by
facility, regularly watch and report any changes of local HSEQ regulations and
analyse its impacts to AL's operation, develop action plan when necessary;
* Be responsible for the new/modification/expansion project regulation
compliance management to get the required permits as schedule;and coordinate
with facilities and BL regional teams to proceed, support ALC IRC central team
on new project development in the Region when required.

* 3+ Years work experience in chemical plant, plant safety management
experience;
* Good English skills both in speaking and writing;
* Good computer skills;
* Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
* Be familiar with HSEQ regulation;
* Hold Certified Safety Engineer certificate;
