Key Jobs Responsibilities:
主要工作职责：
1.Familiar with fabric / textile development, dyeing, softgoods material (leather, PU, fabric, MF, etc ) ;provide support for relevant teams, such as PM and NPI on set material specification suggestion and cost saving options.
2.Follow up sample development and feasibility assessment
3.Assess and introduce new material supplier ,ensure have sufficient supplier resource to meet business requirement .
4.Collect and assess quotation; submit to manager for final approval , insure all process meet company requirement , policy and ethic .
5.Negotiate with supplier on company maximizing profit , and persuade supplier accept company policy on payment term , delivery and other requirement.
6.Release PO; follow up on-time delivery and make record of each PO.
7.Set KPI target with supplier, arrange monthly review meeting, push continually improvement
8.Assist other team in material problem about quality , technique issue .
9.Collect invoice , apply payment files to finance department , and follow up payment schedule.
10.Keep eyes on market change , and collect useful information .

Skills and Qualifications:
岗位要求：
1.Associate degree or above, majored in leather, textile, MF, Hardware,Injection is preferred
2.Minimum 3 year experience in soft good area as merchandiser, Sourcing engineer, Buyer ; buying office or trading company experience is preferred
3.Familiar with textile , leather , PU/PVC, accessory is preferred , and you must deeply understand the cost construction , specification ,potential risk ,supply base .
4.Sensitive in cost, stakeholder, and supply chain relationship
5.Give priority to good grasp of read, written and oral English
6.Detail oriented is necessary
7.Able to work and solve problem independently as well as with team
8.Good team player and working ethics
