工作职责：
1.Maintain and manage process documents such as process standards, specifications, work instruction and control sheets, ensure latest documents are being used on production site and related employees are well trained and recorded. 维护、管理工艺文件如工艺标准、工艺规范、操作指导及控制表单等；确保生产现场所使用的文件是最新的，培训相关人员并记录。
2.Lead stock controller working for material incoming inspection, and inventory control of material and spare parts. 带领库存管理员做好物料收货的检验，以及物料和备件的管理与库存控制。
3.Lead QC team working for product Incoming Quality Check, In Process Quality Check, and Final Quality Check, Ensure product and process under control. 带领QC团队执行产品来货检验、工艺过程检验、最终产品质量检验，确保产品和工艺过程受控。
4.Manage the measurement instruments, ensure the instruments calibrated properly and in good condition. 管理测量仪器，确保测量仪器得到正确的校准并状态良好。
5.Handle customer compliant and lead quality continuous improvement, ensure the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions. 处理客户投诉，领导质量持续改进，确保改善措施的落实和有效。
6.Lead TPM team to maintain fixtures timely basing on standards and production requirement. 带领TPM团队依据标准和生产要求及时维护夹具。
7.Coordinate quality audits. 协调客户审核。
8.Other tasks be assigned by supervisor. 上级安排的其他任务。


岗位要求：
1.College degree or above, major in mechanicals.大专以上学历，机械相关专业。
2.3-5 or above years' experience in quality control. 三年以上制造业质量管理相关经验。
3.Good communication skills, good team player, Innovation mindset.良好的沟通能力，团队合作和创新思维。
4.Good English reading and writing skill.良好的英文读写能力。
