Job Responsibilities:
61 Collaborate with PM to complete RFQ pricing for the China factory, ensuring finish the quote timely and accurately.
61 Collect all relevant costs related to BOM, material prices, labor, etc.
61 Review the reasonableness of BOM and sourcing prices, and provide cost optimization suggestions, including raw material costs, labor costs, packaging materials, and profit margins.
61 Compile a summary and, after obtaining approval from superiors, prepare a complete customer-facing quote.
61 Conduct detailed comparative analysis of pricing updates and provide reasonable explanations to persuade clients regarding price fluctuations.
61 Actively discuss cost analysis results with the procurement team to assist in negotiations with suppliers, maintaining competitive pricing.
61 Maintain smooth communication with the teams in the U.S. and Vietnam.
61 Review quotes from Vietnam and help the Vietnam team correct errors.
61 Participate in price negotiations with clients.
61 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications：
1. More than 2 years of relevant experience, experience in the same industry preferred.
2. Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
3. Understanding of product manufacturing and material pricing.
4. Skilled in comparing data across different dimensions and extracting key information.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Other：
61 Associate degree or higher, major not limited.
