Job Summary: The SCM Director will oversee and optimize all supply chain operations, including purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, planning, and logistics. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration across global teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain process. Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive operational excellence across the organization. 2.Purchasing & Sourcing: Lead the procurement processes, including vendor selection and negotiation, to ensure the best quality and pricing for materials and services. 3.Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration, ensure compliance with agreements, and drive continuous improvement. 4.Planning: Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs and excess inventory. 5.Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and distribution of goods. 6.Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing global supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 7.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for executive leadership. 8.Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. 9.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 2.Fluent in English and Chinese. 3.10+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 4.Proven track record of managing global supply chain operations and teams. 5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 6.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with expertise in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 7.Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems. 8.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Desired Skills: 1.Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. 2.Understanding of global market trends and supply chain risks affiliated with international operations. 3.Experience with sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
