工作职责: 1.负责管理协调自制和外购自动化项目,把控项目风险,并最终完成计划目标 (Manage and coordinate self-built and outsourced automation projects, control project risks,&reach the target) 2.负责收集项目可行性方案,并安排各项测试、试验 (Collect project feasibility plan, and arrange various tests and experiments) 3.负责与各个生产单位,设备,安全,采购等相关部门沟通协调并推进项目 (Communicate and coordinate with various production units, facilty, EHS, sourcing and other related departments to promote the project) 4.负责与工程及装配团队沟通协调,安排项目可行性研究、设计、安装、调试,按时按质按量完成交付 (Leading the engineering and assembly team for feasibility studies, design, assembly, debugging,and delivery on time with good quelity) 5.负责把控项目成本 (Control project costs) 6.负责项目中出现的其他问题 (Resolve any other issues that arise in the project) 任职资格: 1.大专及以上学历,机械、电气、自动化、管理等相关专业,具备基本的自动化知识 (college or above, major in mechanical,eletronical,automation or management related) 2.有五年以上自动化项目管理经验 (More than 5 years experience in non-standard automation project management) 3.熟悉项目管理流程和方法,熟练运用项目管理工具 (Familiar with project management process and methods, skilled use of project management tools) 4.英语熟练,能用英语口语沟通 (very good English skills in writing, listening & speaking)
