This is a role with 6 months contract!!! SUMMARY The role would be primary interface between EMO and Reckitt. The role would be responsible to monitor EMOs quality assurance and quality control activities. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Onsite support in NPD and EPD: DATP/PATP testing. Engineering samples inspection and report. Technical Transfer. Quality dossier. Shipment Release: Inspection. Rework and CAPA. Shipment docs. Compliance Support QMS audits. Deliver and implement RB SOPs. Theme check. Ongoing stability testing. Quality document maintenance. Manage to Change Control, Deviations & Out of Specification. Handle to Consumer / Customer Complaints, Quality Issues & Recall Return sample analysis. CAPA follow up. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Think and act independently. Team-work player. Self-motivated. Good communication skill. English and Mandarin. Ability to work under sustained pressure. Willing to travel. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or above. With 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, preferred from Multinational company or Joint Venture in a similar capacity. Must have experience with quality tools. Ability to deal confidently and effectively with suppliers.
