POSITION SUMMARY:
Support and assist the Product Development Manager in day-to-day operation to ensure a smooth approval process of the technical development handover to production. The main focus of this position it to capture all sample fitting and technical comments to update in sample reports and manage the sample approval timeline. A reasonable understanding of handbag development is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES：
1. Liaise with overseas counterparts in Design and Product Development as well as vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely process from product development into bulk production
2. Analyze costing and price negotiations.
3. Ensure all prototypes, salesman samples etc. are delivered on time, meeting margin expectations and in accordance with the requirements from customers.
4. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education & Experience:
1. College degree or above
2. Above 5 years of merchandising experience on Premium Fashion Handbags for International Brands. Experience in Europe/US market is an advantage

Skills:
1. English level above CET-6 with proven ability to write and speak in English with overseas counterparts.
2. Good knowledge on material sourcing and quality and production know-how
3. Experience in the technical construction of bags. Leather is an advantage.
4. Fast learner and can work independently with good organization skill and able to work under pressure.
