Responsibilities:
61 Lead and manage an innovation project team to design and develop new products from conceptual phase to production.
61 Communicate and liaise with both external and internal customers.
61 Supervise Engineering Team, resource & job arrangement for the Project Team.
61 Product design & manufacturing feasibility analysis / product improvement.
61 Responsible for development process / project planning / project schedule / cost control / pilot run and successful production.
61 Need to handle multiple projects and work independently.
61 Sustaining engineering and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Requirements:
61 Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
61 Good knowledge in small home electrical appliances & safety approval (UL / CSA / GS / VDE etc.) plus Pro/E. Catia is an advantage.
61 Over 10 years in product design & 5 years in management experience.
61 Practical experience in MCU, motor, sensor, battery application
61 Practical experience in MCU (8bit, 32bit) programming
61 Proficiency in Altium Designer
61 Work independently and under pressure.
61 Good command of written and spoken English
61 Excellent communication technique / team spirit.
61 Good sense of responsibility and accountability.
61 Station in Dongguan factory.
