About the Role:
The GL accounting manager works with different parties within and outside Nexperia for accounting activities, ensuring the accounting records and Internal & External reporting are reliable, accurate, timely with high quality.
What you will do:
61Manage the accounting team and motivate the team to perform Month End Closing & complete the accounting tasks with quality manner.
61Coordinate with site controller / HR manager / treasury /Finance controller/ SSC / auditors.
61Ensure accurate, reliable financial statements in compliance with company reporting norms.
61Analyze data coherence in systems and reports, trouble-shoot and identify cause of errors to prevent recurrence.
61Perform internal control, CSOX / compliance (Monthly)
61Prepare quarterly Cashflow forecast (RFF) and Bi-weekly cash forecast.
61Deal with the auditor to handle annual auditing and annual tax filing.
61Coordinate government subsidies application
61Work on some projects for process improvements
What you will need:
61Bachelor or above degree in Finance and /or Accounting
61At least 7 years professional experience in Finance accounting in multinational companies under IFRS or PRC GAAP
61Financial accounting experience in a manufacturing business, semi-conductor industry is a plus.
61Strong communication, presentation skill in English & leadership skills
61Be familiar with PRC tax.
61Auditing experience / Accounting qualification (CICPA / ACCA / Charted Accountant) is a plus.
61Knowledge of SAP, SAP ECC6 or S4 is preferred.
61Able to work under stress and meet deadlines.
