1.Conceptualize and design innovative tooling solution and subsystems using CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
2.Lead all phases of tooling/molding design, development and assist tool shop and production during FOT and correction loops
3.Oversee integration of automation into manufacturing processes and assemblies
4.Lead internal design reviews and present recommendations to tool shop and management.
5.Support KAM on cost calculations and advise cost-saving solutions to increase profitability and efficiency.
6.Analyze customers technical feedback and accompany KAM on regular customer visits to identify needs and expectations.
7.Research latest advancements in materials, processes, and technologies that can be utilized in tool shop and production.
8.Stay abreast of market trends, innovative solutions, latest technologies and competitive offerings.
9.Ignite innovation and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement among the organization.
10.Communicate effectively with related supporting function in China and Germany.

11.Strong knowledge of metal stamping, injection molding, and automation concepts.
12.Exceptional abilities with 2D/3D CAD software, modelling tools and lab equipment.
13.Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 platform, ERP, CRM experience is a plus.
14.Strong ability to educate customers on technical topics in a convincing way.
15.Strong analytical thinking, math and excellent problem solving.
16.Nimble and strong ability to work in fast paced environment.
17.Ability to travel 30% of the time including international trips
18.Fluent English spoken and written.
19.Any international studying or working experience is a plus.
