Perform hand-on and end-to end procurement strategy and program for particular category as per assigned
Formulate procurement strategies, develop and implement sub-category plans to ensure total cost of ownership targets are met
Manage the internal program with cross-category team for process simplification/transformation initiatives by developing a transparent governance structure
Work in collaboration with category team and business/users to drive process optimization in order to enhance the end to end procurement process excellence.
Lead cross category strategy formulation and large-scale procurement programs
Continuously refine and improve the procurement processes including governance and control

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder in any engineering disciplines
A minimum 10 years of experience gained from multi-national companies
Strong knowledge of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement and Business Process
Prior experience in business process transformation and governance would be a plus
Category experience of electronics or semiconductor
Project management experience and knowledge of data analysis are an added advantage
A good team player and able to establish, influence and maintain collaborative partnerships and engage in effective negotiations with a broad range of stakeholders.
Possess high level of integrity, work ethic and good moral values
Fluency in Cantonese and English, and ideally Mandarin
