Responsibilities: Analyze automation project requirements to identify tooling or system integration needs. Develop or oversee the development of tools and systems bridging equipment and EAP. Lead or support teams in implementing process integration solutions across manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure seamless automation execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, engineering, operations) and external vendors. Drive standardisation of integration tools and processes for scalability. Monitor key automation KPIs and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Stay updated on emerging technologies to integrate advanced solutions into manufacturing. Document integration processes and train relevant teams for ongoing support.
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Automation, Electrical, Mechanical) or Computer Science. Minimum 5 years of experience in automation systems, tooling development, or manufacturing process integration. Proven experience in Level 2 application development and process integration. Familiarity with robotics systems and connectivity protocols (e.g., SECGEM). A basic understanding of IT systems (Level 3 or above) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work across departments. Project management and prioritisation skills.
