Responsibilities 1. Source, negotiate and contract suppliers for entire product portfolio. 2. Use appropriate procurement methodologies to drive costs down. 3. Detailed monitoring of pricing, ensuring prices are in line with standards and are consistent and proactively challenging suppliers on variations. 4. Staying alert to new trends in the sector and managing risks and opportunities such as fluctuations in raw material costs.
5. Develop and maintain service level agreements and contracts with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely supply of goods and services. 6. Using computer software (SAP) to track goods from origin to delivery. Ensuring internal due dates are maintained 7. Work with PMC and Warehouse team to manage inventory. Keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance/turnover of components. 8. Demonstrate and role model the required behaviors.
