Key Responsibility:
As a Product Developer, you play an important role in bridging the gap between product management, design teams, suppliers, and manufacturing to ensure the successful development and production of high-quality products. Your responsibilities include overseeing the product development process, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and reducing costs through effective supplier negotiations.

The position will report directly to the Product Development Manager. The position will also have very close collaboration with the Technical Service, Quality, and Testing staff in Asia.
Major scope of duties:
1. Lead projects, manage timelines and tasks, and align work with company goals.
2. Create and execute project plans with cross-functional teams to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Communicate with stakeholders to share project goals, progress, and address concerns.
4. Identify risks, solve problems, and adapt plans to ensure project success.
5. Build a collaborative team environment and encourage innovation and improvement.
6. Monitor project performance, report on status, and evaluate projects to improve practices.
7. Keep up with industry trends and pursue professional growth to enhance leadership and project management skills.
Requirements:
61 BA/BS in Business or related field.
61 5+ years experience in a cut-and-sew manufacturing industry.
61 Direct experience with shop floor and/or factory manufacturing skills.
61 Excellent oral and written English communication skills to be conducive with communicating in a global corporate environment.
61 Position will be located at our DongGuan office.
61 Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and Adobe Illustrator.
61 Experience with project and meeting facilitation.
61 Travel within China (& Asia) is 20+%.
61 Ability to work with autonomy is important.
61 Ability to work in a culturally dynamic industry and work environment.
61 Demonstrated technical competence in global business environment..
61 Proven technical knowledge in related products, processes, or commodities … direct industry experience is a plus.
