POSITION SUMMARY : Primarily responsible for acting as the liaison or coordinator between FCI’s Customers or Sales personnel and home office functions such as engineering, logistics & manufacturing source by performing the following duties.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED : - Responsible for processing and expediting of orders. - Give samples and technical information to FCI customers and sales personnel. Handle all inquiries and correspondence from customers and the sales force. - Has direct interface with the computer system responsible for updating customers’ database. - Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Warehouse, Material Control, and manufacturing sources to identify and solve customer requests and problems. Also to refer unusual problems to supervisor. - Interface with Quality personnel on complaints in that area. - Drive billing in order to achieve Company monthly target. - Responsible for maintaining minimum backlogs with minimum aging on all requests (i.e. orders, VMI, expedites, material returns, sample requisitions, etc.) - Responsible for managing customer forecast & monitor customer hub inventory to avoid stock out or aging inventory. - Responsible for submitting monthly data (OTDP) to CSA supervisor for the preparation of monthly reports in accordance with ISO policy. - Regular customer visit. - Responsible for managing shipment plan for customers. Making shipment arrangement & prepare shipment document to ensure ship on time to customers. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
