1. 协调和管控日常采购事务,遵守部门程序、执行各项行动以达成部门和个人目标Coordinate and control daily purchasing affairs, obey purchasing procedure and execute related actions to insure department & own goals to be achieved; 2. 针对问题计划改正措施并确认改善结果,收集部门数据,协助上司处理重要项目和事务Propose corrective plan depending on the problems and confirm the improvement result. To collect management data and assist supervisor to handle important project and cases 3. 根据工厂产品和部门采购策略,对合格供货商及时进行评审及日常管理;Monitor, rating and manage qualified suppliers per our product types and purchasing strategy 4. 负责各供应商KPI管理及监督Lead the subordinates to manage and monitor supplier KPI 5. 负责各体系对部门相关要求的实施Responsible for perform and execute system requirement to purchasing department 6. 与其他部门重要事项的沟通与协调.协助上司处理各种突发事件和项目Communicate and co-ordinate with other department, Assist supervisor to handle various emergencies and tasks. 7. 服从部门经理安排,处理指派的其他工作或任务Follow the instructions of department manage to handle other work or tasks
任职资格要求/Job Requirement : 1. 大专以上学历; 3年以上采购工作经验,英文熟练,电脑操作熟练;熟悉SAP等系统操作,熟悉各相关体系如IATF16949、ISO9001 ISO45001等),并能执行和应对体系审核 College or above, At least 3 years purchasing Experience,Good English, be skillful at computer operations and SAP operation, Be skillful to systems of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO45001,etc. can execute system audit and handle audit 2. 道德良好,品行端正,思维敏捷,吃苦耐劳,细心,稳重,有责任心;Good moral, honesty, flexible, hardworking, patient and responsible 3. 精通采购策略制定和供应商管理,熟悉物流及库存管制流程,了解变压器各材料及相关设备、熟悉各厂商及市场行情,能熟练使用常用采购手法; Be skillful at purchasing strategy creation and supplier management, well-understanding of the process of logistics and stock management, be familiar with the transformer materials and related equipment, vendor and related market, familiar with common purchasing skills and methods. 4. 沟通能力强,善沟通,有很高谈判技巧,乐于助人,可培训新进人员;Strong communication and negotiation skills, be helpful and be able to train new employee
