Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Customer order/FC receiving, analyzing the trend of demand and maintain ERP system. 接收客户订单/销售预测,分析需求趋势并维护ERP系统; 2. Maintain reasonable inventory level of FIN and raw material to meet on time delivery to customer during the whole product lifetime from phase in, high volume stage till phase out. 满足客户交货需求,全过程维护成品和原材料合理的安全库存水平; 3. Material planning inducing release PO and forecast to vendors, monitor supplier on time delivery. 物料计划管理,包括采购订单和预测更新给客户,监督供应商完成及时交货; 4. Production Planning and shop order management to ensure 100% on time delivery. 生产计划管理,工单跟进并保证发货; 5. Product material liability report and analysis. 产品呆滞物料索赔和分析; 6. Support quality team to arrange RMA/ Returns replacement/Credit with customer or supplier. 支持质量工程师及时处理客户不良品和供应商不良品; 7. Escalate supply chain risks timely and take actions. 及时汇报供应风险并及时响应;
Skills and Specifications: 1. 5 years or above experience in supply chain management. 五年或以上供应链管理相关经验; 2. Fluent ability to listen, speak, read and write in English and good communication ability. 流利的英语听说读写能力及良好的沟通能力; 3. Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and service awareness. 较强的沟通能力、责任心、团队合作和服务意识 4. Good office software skills, e.g. Excel, Power Point. 良好的办公软件水平
