Job Description:
1. At least 5 years of work experience in the same position in the footwear industry, with a certain degree of professional knowledge of shoes
2. Familiar with foreign trade business process, have some knowledge and understanding of the production process of shoes and shipments
3. Able to independently responsible for the daily multi-dimensional communication with customers, factories and internal, complete the order quotation and negotiation, order placement, production, testing status and progress control, etc.
4. Handle customer complaints and related information organization and filing records, and report to the supervisor.

Job Requirement:
1. 5-8 years working experience.
2. English level 4 or above, fluent in written and spoken English.
3. Skilled and good at office software operation, EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK, POWER BI, SHAREPOINT, etc.
4. Cheerful personality, strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit, serious and responsible, well-organized, willing to work under pressure.
