What you will do:
61 Responsible for environment management and fire prevention, direct report to EHS manager
61 Responsible for ISO14001 and maintain EHS procedures
61 Collect and input ECO data including energy, water, waste, conduct gap analysis and follow up actions
61 Responsible for Management of Change, review risk assessment for new machines, new material and new process
61 Responsible for emergency drill including fire evacuation drill
61 Work with maintenance vendor to keep factory fire prevention system in good condition
61 Be coordinator of risk management, follow up insurance audit and fix findings from auditors
61 Work closely with line department to deliver environment protection and fire prevention support.
61 Conduct EHS training to all employees and keep positive relationship with related authorities.
61 Guide and Support 3-level safety training material review and update.
61 Make sure EHS implementation in line with government regulations and rules.
61 Initiate approaches & controls to prevent loss time accident, to reduce/prevent environmental pollution, to prevent damage against employee health and to reduce/control exposure to circumstances where possible damage might occur.
61 Complete ESH related reports for management review with safety engineer
61 Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
61 Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all EHS requirements have been met.
61 Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing.

What you will need:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Environmental Management or Chemical.
61 Has engineering background is prefer
61 More than 5 years working experience in factory audit, social compliance and EHS such as safety management, environmental management, waste management, industrial hygiene
61 Be familiar with Chinese EHS regulations and fire prevention rules
61 Knowledge of ISO14000 and ISO45001 are preferred
61 Specific experience of local fire protection and emergency response organization/
61 Excellent communication ability
61 Good English
61 Have the experience of RBA prefer
