Job Responsibilities:
61 Guidance and follow up on RFQs
61 Improvement of current quote process, where necessary
61 Manage the teams to deliver timely and accurate costing for existing and
potential new customers
61 Understand customer expectations on all quote activities
61 Responsible for the development of the team including appraisals &
monitoring training plans in liaison with the HR department;
61 Manage cross departmental activities in order to meet deadlines
61 Provide processes that meet customer needs and expectations
61 Review and approve quote before submission.
61 Manage win rate

Job Requirement ：
61 More than 10 years working experience in Electronics anufacturing field.
61 3 years or more in Marketing or Sales activities.
61 With engineering background
61 Excellent written and verbal English.
61 Analysis skill through MS office such as Excel
61 Sensitive to material pricing and pro-active to market pricing.
61 Work location: DongGuan
