JOB SUMMARY

Operate and maintain the R&D lab webbing machines (无梭织带机), and develop the band samples for specific electronic devices with innovation. Creatively use the garment/ shoes industry yarn materials and textile patterns or designing on the new application/ end use products.
操作和维护研发实验室的织带机（无梭织带机），为特定电子设备创新开发织带样品。创造性地使用服装/制鞋业的纱线材料和纺织图案，或设计新的应用/最终产品。

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Work with webbing engineers for the woven band samples’ innovation work.
与织带工程师合作，进行织带样品的创新工作。
2. Support the webbing engineer on yarn, warping, yarn setting on machines and weaving operation for samples making or sampling trials, and mass production too.
为织带工程师提供纱线、整经、纱线上机和织造操作方面的支持，以便制作样品或进行样品试验，以及进行批量生产。
3. Work on yarn winding, twisting, spandex spinning, bands heat setting, winding, etc.
从事纱线卷绕、加捻、氨纶纺纱、织带热定型、卷绕等工作。
4. Work with sourcing team or directly with yarn supplier for the needed yarns buying, and follow up the process, ETC management, etc.
与采购团队合作或直接与纱线供应商合作，采购所需的纱线，并跟进流程、ETC 管理等。
5. Yarns quality control, basic testing.
纱线质量控制、基本测试。
6. Basic machines maintaining and spare parts sourcing work.

KEY REQUIREMENT

1. Textile or yarn related college education background, or rich in textile/ yarn knowledge.
纺织或纱线相关专业背景，或具有丰富的纺织/纱线知识。
2. >5 years machine operation experience in webbing area(无梭织带机领域), could be from shoes or apparel industry.
5 年以上织带领域（无梭织带机领域）机器操作经验，可来自制鞋或服装行业。
3. Familiar with the webbing system, software, and production process.
熟悉织带系统、软件和生产流程。
4. Could set up the yarns (穿纱、接纱) on webbing machine independently.
能独立在织带机上安装纱线（穿纱、接纱）。
5. Capable for basic webbing machine problems identification and maintenance.
能够识别和维护基本的织带机问题。
6. Good communication and teamwork experience.
良好的沟通和团队合作经验。
