Key Responsibilities 1.Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality. 2.Implement, maintain and optimize complex manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry regulations. 3.Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex process issues, leading root cause analysis efforts. 4.Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 5.Drive the development and maintenance of process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials. 6.Conduct detailed process audits to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in process engineering, preferably within soft goods industry. 3.Proven history of leading successful process improvement projects that resulted in significant operational efficiencies. 4.In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control. 5.Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis platforms. 6.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. 7.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
