Key Responsibilities: - Global field return/warranty data analysis, work on a sustainable improvement plan to decrease the warranty percentage - Supplier surveillance program implementation, including nail down what model to be pick up for the surveillance and the sample size, samples collection, testing arrangement, testing status and report collection, root cause analysis and take corrective and preventive actions on those testing failure. - Handling of customer complaint cases, leads in the root cause analysis and take corrective and preventive action(s). Including defect analysis and trouble shoot, to evaluate / qualify the effectiveness of action(s), tracking implementation result of improve action(s). - Attend CI weekly/monthly meetings with global regions, preparing meeting summaries and reports. - Evaluate and make improvement for manufacturing methods, review product quality assurance plan and WI /SOP /records when necessary. - Draft and follow up the CCDR, communicate with related departments if involve design change and cost issue. Personnel Specifications: - University Degree (or above) in engineering (Machine or Electric). - 2 years relevant experience with good knowledge on manufacturing and quality engineering. - Good written and spoken English skill - Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills - Good self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Capable of drive key initiatives towards successful implementation. - Background on Quality Control in Electronic Products would be more prefer
