Major scope of duties:

61 Supplier Identification and Evaluation:
o Evaluate potential partners (finish good and material) based on quality, cost, delivery, service, etc.
o Understand supplier capabilities, financial stability and reputation.
o Ensure Supplies base fulfil company sourcing plan.

61 Manage Material Liability
o Conduct market research to source for new materials, new technique
o Keep good record on all the materials, tooling information and sample.
o Analyzing data regarding the cost and availability of materials that are needed to complete projects

61 Production Control
o Analyse and report data that can be used to develop an accurate predication of the project that will be used as a recommendation tool to make decisions about management, quality, timing, and controls.
o Schedule Control throughs the use of appropriate tools:
Production Plan from Supplier
Supplier’s Material Purchasing Invoice (optional)
Production line daily output report

61 Risk and Quality Control, solve problems that may affect project Deadline and Quality
o Identify problems and offer solutions before changes or delay occur by providing details quality and progress assessments
o Work with other teams on product quality, compliance and smoothen the whole process
